Edmardo J. Tomei appeals as of right from a circuit court order affirming the decision of the Michigan Employment Security Commission Board of Review that held that he was ineligible to receive unemployment benefits under MCL 421.29(1)(a); MSA 17.531(1)(a) because he voluntarily left his employment with General Motors Corporation without good cause attributable to his employer. We reverse.
