The defendant was found, by the police, inside a gas station where a glass panel on one of the drive-through doors of the garage had been broken. At a pretrial Huntley hearing, one of the arresting officers, Michael Sullivan, testified that the keys he had recovered from the defendant at the scene did not belong to the gas station. However, he conceded that he had testified at the Grand Jury...
