T.B. Wood's Sons Company (Employer) appeals a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting unemployment compensation benefits to Walter Klenzing (Claimant). We reverse.

Claimant was employed at Employer's Chambersburg plant and is a representative claimant for members of the United Auto Workers, Local 695 (Union), which is the collective bargaining agent for 322 of Employer's employees. The Union and Employer...
