AGID, J.

The State appeals the trial court's dismissal of a charge of bail jumping, RCW 9A.76.170, against the defendant Marlin Johnson. The State contends that Johnson could be found guilty of violating the statute even though he was not ordered to appear in court for sentencing on any specific date. We affirm.
