Per Curiam.

Defendant-appellant, Pamela S. Rankin, appeals convictions in the Brown County Court of Common Pleas for vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular homicide, and aggravated vehicular assault.

On May 18, 1991, appellant was involved in a motor vehicle accident with five motorcyclists. Three of the motorcyclists died immediately and one was seriously injured. As a result of the accident, the Brown County Grand Jury returned a four-count indictment...
