I. INTRODUCTION

This case is before this Court pursuant to a Notice of Appeal filed by appellant, Gus Kapernekas. Appellant seeks the reversal of the June 8, 1992 Order of the Bankruptcy Court (Balick, J.) denying his Motion for Allowance and Payment of an Administrative Claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A) for that portion of his claim representing post-petition lost wages and other benefits.
