Nestled among the farms and residences of the Glenelg area of Howard County is a private airstrip with a turf runway where two or three light aircraft are stored out of doors. Litigation of various sorts involving this airstrip, between its owners and its protesting neighbors, has continued for nearly twenty years. The case now before us is the latest zoning appeal.
