The resignor was admitted to practice as an attorney at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on June 27, 1939. He has submitted an affidavit dated October 1, 1991, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9).

The resignor acknowledges in his affidavit that he has no meritorious defense to any charges...
