Subsequently, Great Northern Savings Company filed a complaint seeking foreclosure, naming the Houstons and Nigolians as defendants. The Nigolians, the tenants of the property, filed a cross-claim against the Houstons, seeking, among other things, specific performance of the rent-option purchase agreement...
