Sidney Dean Maxwell was convicted of murdering his wife, Gina Maxwell. He appeals and we reverse.1

Appellant's wife spent the morning and early afternoon of August 11, 1990 working in the yard of her home with appellant, their three children, and appellant's mother and step-father.
