(Employer) and its worker's compensation insurance carrier, Continental Insurance Company, petition for review of the order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed the referee's decision granting Employer's modification petition alleging that work was available to Luis Ortiz (Claimant) within his physical limitations.
