These appeals raise two significant issues: (1) whether an unsequestered jury voir dire or the use of sequential rotation methodology in the exercise of peremptory challenges precluded a fair trial, and (2) whether an acquittal on a conspiracy to rob and to murder precluded a conviction on those substantive offenses as an accomplice.
