This appeal arises out of an action by John and Anne Honan against Ristorante Italia, Inc. (R.I.), and James Crawford, a single man, to recover the amounts due under a contract for the sale of personal property in a Tacoma restaurant, rental payments due under a lease of the premises, and damages. In the alternative, the Honans sought to recover possession of the property free and clear of any claim by R.I. or Mr. Crawford....
