PER CURIAM.

Defendant Lewis C. Legg was convicted after a bench trial of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1) (b)(i); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b)(i). The complainant, his stepdaughter, was thirteen years old at the time of the alleged offenses. Defendant appeals as of right, and we affirm.
