Defendant-appellant, Linda L. Harr, appeals her conviction for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license in violation of R.C. 4507.-02(B)(1).

On December 14, 1990, while on patrol, Officer Hanwell of the Medina Police Department observed Harr at a local service station putting gasoline in her automobile. Having responded to prior complaints filed by Harr, Officer Hanwell knew her identity and suspected that her driver's license...
