Defendant, Citizens Insurance Company, appeals as of right a September 18, 1989, judgment of the Oakland Circuit Court involving no-fault personal protection insurance (PIP) benefits. Following an August 1989 jury trial, plaintiffs, Christopher Noel and Botsford General Hospital, were awarded damages in the amount of $83,211.80, payable by Citizens.
