Honest Malcuit, plaintiff-appellee, granted Buckhorn Oil Company ("Buckhorn"), predecessor in interest of Equity Oil & Gas Funds, Inc. ("Equity"), defendant-appellant, an easement across his farm for a pipeline right-of-way. The easement was properly recorded.
