This is a direct appeal by the defendant, Mark W. Zimmerman, from his convictions of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, attempted rape, and aggravated assault. The defendant contends the evidence is insufficient to sustain his convictions of aggravated kidnapping and attempted rape. He also argues the trial court erred in failing to suppress statements he gave, in refusing to question the jurors...
