The plaintiff husband has been employed at Long Island Jewish Hospital for many years and is currently the president and chief executive of that institution. The defendant wife, at the time the parties were married in 1964, was employed by the Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York and worked in various health care positions with flexible hours and "minimal"
