The original complaint was filed in this action on February 28, 1986. On August 28, 1990, the plaintiffs filed a motion to amend their complaint in order to allege that the defendant had actual written notice of a dangerous condition. On April 3, 1991, this court sustained plaintiffs' motion and gave the plaintiffs 20 days to file an amended complaint.
