Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Tax Court affirming the assessment of its property for the tax year 1989. We affirm.

Plaintiff is the owner of a garden-apartment complex comprised of 247 apartment units in 15 buildings constructed in approximately 1964 or 1965 and sited on 12.64 acres.
