Jimmy Thomas sued Nancy Kite for personal injuries he allegedly received when the automobile in which he was a passenger was struck in the rear by the vehicle driven by Kite. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Kite. Thomas appeals, enumerating as error the denial of his motion for directed verdict on the issue of liability, the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict, and certain charges which the trial judge either gave or refused...
