Appellant, Sterling Mirror of Maryland, Inc., filed four Petitions to Establish and Enforce Mechanics' Liens against Roger and Cheryl Flynn, Sadegh and Moky Rahbar, Scott and Barbara Smith, and Paul and Leigh Burch, respectively.1 In each case, the Circuit Court for Calvert County denied the lien after finding that the appellant had failed to prove that the appellees were not bona fide purchasers for value of the dwellings...
