Carol Gurno appeals from a judgment on a directed verdict in favor of respondent police officers and municipality, alleging the trial court erred in finding that she did not present substantial evidence of: (1) lack of probable cause for her arrest; (2) negligent training of respondent police officers; and (3) emotional distress. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
