We granted this interlocutory appeal to review the trial court's refusal to dismiss the medical malpractice action brought by Batts et al. against Ulbrich et al. In his motions to strike the expert affidavit and dismiss the complaint, Ulbrich claimed Batts failed to comply with the expert affidavit requirements of OCGA § 9-11-9.1 in that the expert affidavit filed with the complaint states in part that the affiant reviewed certain medical records...
