Robert Redgate, claimant, appeals the district court's affirmance of an order of the workers compensation director in favor of the City of Wichita, respondent.

We are asked to decide if a settlement agreement entered into by the parties and approved by an administrative law judge (ALJ) is subject to later modification pursuant to K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 44-528(a). Additionally, we must determine if grounds exist for the ALJ to modify the original settlement...
