The board of appeals of Falmouth granted Albert M. Price a special permit for a professional office in a residential zone. This is an appeal by abutters from a decision reached by a Superior Court judge after a de novo trial, held pursuant to G.L.c. 40A, § 17, affirming the grant of the special permit.
