This appeal involves an action to recover damages for misrepresentations allegedly made by defendants during the course of medical treatment administered to plaintiff's daughter. Plaintiff, Robert Gibson, appeals as of right a circuit court order entering summary disposition in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C) (10). We affirm.
