Defendants, Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) and Rocco Trifari (Trifari) appeal from an order of the Law Division ordering PVWC to enter into a lease with plaintiff Richard Miller (herein plaintiff or Miller) for certain property owned by PVWC and requiring Trifari to vacate those premises.
