Ullman-Briggs, Inc. is a claimant of the debtor, Sevko, Inc., in Sevko's Chapter 11 proceeding in the bankruptcy court of this district. Ullman-Briggs is also the plaintiff in an action before Judge Plunkett of this district which encompasses many of the same issues and facts as are alleged in Ullman-Briggs' claim in bankruptcy.
