Defendants Phillip Cordova, James Anderson, and Jon Salinas appeal their convictions for conspiracy to possess more than 100 kilograms of marijuana with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B).1 Mr. Salinas was also convicted of the establishment of manufacturing operations...
