The plaintiffs, Hubert Allen Davis and his wife, Linda Joyce, appeal from the district court's denial of their motion for a new trial on damages issues in this personal injury case which they filed against the defendant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. They also assign error to the district judge's grant of the defendant's motion for directed verdict on the husband's claim for loss of future earning ability and on one of the plaintiffs' theories...
