In this case plaintiff Arthur J. Humphreys, Inc. challenges the classification of embossed vegetable hardboard fiber panels manufactured in Canada by a company named Canfor, and imported by it into the United States during the years 1980-1981 through plaintiff, its customhouse broker who entered the merchandise on behalf of Canfor. The panels were embossed to resemble brick, stucco, stone or wood patterns. Some were subjected to V-grooving...
