The Government appeals the sentence imposed upon Darlene Faye Mogel under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3551-3586 (1988), and the guidelines promulgated thereunder (Sentencing Guidelines). Appellee Mogel pled guilty to one count of knowingly and intentionally attempting to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1988).
