Jeff and Connie Kloes appeal a summary judgment dismissing their action, on the merits, against the Eau Claire Cavalier Baseball Association (association); Transamerica Insurance Company, the association's insurer; and Wisconsin Municipal Mutual Insurance Company (WMMIC), the city of Eau Claire's insurer.
