Janet Bowers petitions for review of a decision of the Railroad Retirement Board denying her application for a disability annuity under section 2(a)(1)(v) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974. The Board found that Mrs. Bowers had not met her burden of showing that she was unable to perform her "past relevant work," as is required by section 404.1520(e) of the Social Security regulations...
