This appeal arises from the trial of three "tireworker" asbestos cases. Plaintiffs- Appellees sued Eagle-Picher and Owens-Corning claiming lung damage from airborne asbestos fibers from Defendants-Appellants' products. Appellants challenge the denial of their motions for directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the grounds that Appellees failed to produce evidence of exposure...
