Plaintiff-appellant Susan B. Castner appeals the district court's denial of her motion for appointed counsel and dismissal of her employment discrimination action for lack of prosecution. Because it is not clear whether the district court considered the appropriate factors in exercising its discretion not to appoint counsel, and because Ms. Castner's failure to prosecute was clearly related to her lack of counsel, we vacate the order of dismissal...
