Unfortunately this controversy has grown old in the system and not aged well. It began back in 1980 when Plaintiff Wesco filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Wesco then filed an adversary complaint which ultimately went to the district court and then came here. Wesco Products Co. v. Alloy Automotive Co., 880 F.2d 981
