Defendant, James Nathan Parr, was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424, following a bench trial in Detroit Recorder's Court. He was sentenced to a term of 2 1/2 to 5 years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right, and we affirm.
