Defendant Jerry Lockhart was charged in a two-count indictment with conspiracy to harbor and conceal a federal fugitive in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1988), and with harboring and concealing a federal fugitive in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1071 (1988).
