Zimmerman (Petitioner) petitions for review of an order by the Insurance Commissioner (Commissioner) which granted a Motion for Default Judgment filed by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (Department) and entered judgment against Petitioner for failure to respond to the Department's Order to Show Cause.1 We affirm.
