This appeal is from an injunctive order enforcing an arbitration award entered under a collective bargaining agreement. The award, and therefore the injunction, directs the employer to comply with the provision of the collective bargaining agreement that requires the employer to notify the union before contracting out work to be performed in the employer's shop.
