The City of Charlotte appeals the order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of 156 individual Charlotte fire fighters (collectively, the "Fire Fighters") on their claim that the City violated section 7(o) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207(o) (West Supp.1991).
