Plaintiff brings this action to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, Frank "Chip" Worthington, the pilot of a Piper PA-28-181 aircraft involved in a fatal crash on November 13, 1988, at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) at approximately 8:53:27 p.m. (0153:27 UTC).
