In this appeal, petitioner Mullen-Cofee ("Mullen") seeks review of a final Order of Deportation. Mullen argues that the immigration judge ("IJ") and the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") erred in finding that Mullen was not eligible for suspension of deportation or for voluntary departure.
