Twenty minority shareholders of bankrupt LAN Systems, Inc. ("LAN"), commenced this diversity action against Distribution Sciences, Inc. ("DSI"), alleging numerous claims arising out of DSI's contractual relationship with LAN. The district court1 dismissed the complaint on the ground that these claims belong to LAN and may not be asserted individually by its shareholders...
