The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court, recommending that KENNETH VAN RYE of ELMWOOD PARK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1979 and who was thereafter suspended from practice for a period of three months effective August 12, 1991, and who remains suspended at this time, be suspended for a period of two years because of respondent's creation of a conflict of interest by engaging...
