Love appeals his conviction of one count of selling cocaine.

1. Love contends the court erred in refusing to grant his motion brought pursuant to Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (106 S.C. 1712, 90 LE2d 69) (1986), claiming that the State deliberately discriminated against him on the basis of race by using nine of its ten peremptory strikes to exclude blacks from the jury.
