On September 18, 1989, plaintiffs filed the above-captioned case against multiple defendants pursuant to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act ("PACA"), 7 U.S.C. § 499a et seq., to recover funds allegedly owed to them, as commodities suppliers, from MicBruce, Inc. d/b/a Freshline ("Freshline"), a commodities broker, and from other entities named as defendants because they received monies from Freshline...
